April and Easter really signified new life, not just with the sunshine and spring blooms, but also with the controlled reopening of hospitality, retail, hair and beauty, leisure and the arts.

I am sure that engagement with these much-awaited services will help both mental and physical wellbeing for so many.

Last month I talked about the facial treatments that had, without surgery, transformed Judy Murray’s facial contours to be more taught, lifted, wrinkle free and glowing at aged 61.  Following a course of radiofrequency and microneedling treatments Judy had really turned the clock back.  I promised to this month bring you a similar revelation, but this time for body transformations.

Sometimes, and for some people, diet and exercise alone just doesn’t get us to a healthy BMI, a body shape we are happy with, and most importantly a body that can stand the test of time.  Illness and injury, be it mental or physical, are often causes of accumulation of excess fats – those excess fats which become resistant to diet and exercise can be targeted with compression and vacuum therapy.

HYPOXI is compression and vacuum therapy coupled with gentle exercise.  After 30 minutes of either pedaling a very easy HYPOXI bike encased in what looks like an egg pod, or walking on a treadmill in a HYPOXI suit with special chambers around the middle, the body will be metabolizing targeted fats for the next 6-8 hours.  That could be fats from the stomach, hips, thighs or bum.  How magic is that – targeted fat burning for so many hours post gentle exercise without moving a muscle!?

Lovers of HYPOXI have included the younger and older, the famous and not so famous, the fatter, the thinner, the fitter, the unfit, but losing that fat has meant the world to each of them, and given them that spring in their step and a renewed zest for life.

Have you ever wondered why with diet and exercise your weight loss shows first and foremost in your face and can take a real long time to reach the lower body parts?  This is because you only burn fat where circulation is strong.  The heart and brain always demand the blood supply, which is why after exercise that increases the heart rate, the body’s chest and face area becomes hotter, yet have you ever noticed what happens to the areas of stubborn fat?  They will feel much colder to touch.  Colder to touch, shows less criculation, which makes fat burn on the stubborn areas of stomach, hips, thighs and bum much more difficult.  HYPOXI uses compression and vacuum – programed specifically to an individuals weight, skin, veins and muscle disposiiton, to make circulation strong in fat so it can be naturally metobolised by the body’s own lympthatic system.

A womens body naturally goes through trauma with child birth, menopause, and ageing and HYPOXI can help with all.  Typically any conditions that cause internal inflammation can also be helped with HYPOXI.  How would you know if you have excessive inflammation when you can’t see inside your body?  There are common symptoms of high inflammation such as aches and pains, fatigue, being overweight, having a diagnosed autoimmune disease such as psoriasis, a thyroid disorder, rheumatoid arthritis or lupus for example, or allergies or infections.  All can cause high inflammation making traditional forms of exercise really difficult.

pastedGraphic_2.pngAsia who runs the HYPOXI studio in Kidderminster also advises clients on healthy nutrition that compliments the HYPOXI treatment which naturally works to lower inflammation.  “A diet based on protein (eggs, poultry, seafood, meat) healthy fats, fruit, nuts and seeds, whilst avoiding processed foods, ie foods that comes in packets, will help support clients on their HYPOXI body transformation journey.  Once HYPOXI gets rid of fat cells they are gone for good, and maintaining the healthy nutrition we recommend as a lifestyle will ensure no new fat cells are created.  Once clients drop one or two dress sizes with HYPOXI, they not only look different, they feel different and we see clients go on to want to try other forms of activiity that previously they wouldn’t have felt able to do.  Coaching clients through their body transformation is a total priviledge.  I know how much the shape change and improved health means to people and it truly makes my job the absolute best in the world”.

Lipoedema, a condition which often goes undiagnosed effects the young and old alike, it presents iteself as puffy bulges around the joints, typically the knees, the ankles, and elbows. HYPOXI has been proven to help with such conditions with their dermology bed.  Asia explains “Our dermology bed is based on the principles of cupping massage where a masseuse would use cups to create a vacuum on the skin, so you are basically exercising skin.  HYPOXI offers a dermology comfort bed where you lie down and relax wearing a suit with 400 chambers similar to the masseuses cups exercising the skin whilst you simply lie back and relax.  Lipoedema can be a painful condition and sufferers are often aware that compression stockings may help, but who wants to wear compression stockings, especially those 30 something ladies!”

pastedGraphic_4.pngCelebrities such as Victoria Beckham, Cheryl Cole, Tamzin Outhwaite, Simon Cowell, Robbie Williams to name but a few, have all successfully used HYPOXI when their body fats became out of hand and unmanageable with conventional diet and exercise.  HYPOXI has been successfully treating people since the 1990s and is now available in over 40 countries worldwide. However, HYPOXI’s unique form of compression and vacuum therapy still remains one of the best kept secrets to transform body proportions, blitzing stubborn fats for overall health improvement.

HYPOXI is available in the UK in only London (Knightsbridge, Chiswick and South Woodford) and would you believe Kidderminster, discreetly tucked away on Mills Street, backing on to Crossley retail park!
